We are a property development company building commercial and residential property across the Midlands in the UK.  The Group has over 50 employees and operate in the United Kingdom.

Our supply chains

Our supply chains include: Consultants, subcontractors and material suppliers. All are based in the UK.

Our policies on slavery and human trafficking

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. In finance year 2021 we plan to implement a Code of Conduct and an Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy.

Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking

We have in place systems to:

  • Prohibit discrimination through our Equal Opportunities Policy
  • Prohibit corruption and bribery through our Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy
  • Enable our workforce to raise concerns through our Grievance Policy and our Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy

We ensure compliance with all UK legislation in relation to employment of staff and we have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Group’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2020
