We are always on the lookout for new opportunities and have funds available for the acquisition of land ‘with’ or’ without’ the benefit of Planning permission.

We specialise in Land Promotion and are able to combine the expertise of our in house planning/  design and technical team, with leading specialist consultants to deliver schemes through th planning system.

The complexity and cost of promoting sites through the planning process continue to increase along with the risk and uncertainties. Our strategy is to maximise the value of land for our partners  and key personnel in Mulberry have vast experience in delivering schemes via the following arrangements:-

  • Option Agreements
  • Promotion Agreements
  • Hybrid Promotion/ Land Infrastructure deals.
  • Joint Venture Licence Deal
Our Promotion Agreements can be tailored to provide the option for Mulberry to provide the main Infrastructure for the site prior to its disposal which may be phased.
It is in our experience when disposing of sites that are serviced and de risked that a Premium Land receipt can be achieved from House builders

Our approach is flexible and tailored to the opportunity presented to us.

If you have any opportunities you would like to discuss with us please contact Steve Mitchell Land & Operations Director – 01604 500058 or 07957 837443 steve.mitchell@mpdl.co.uk
